a quick, easy, simple cracker spread or vegetable dip with a lot of garlic
Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream with chives
1/2 cup chopped onion
5 large cloves chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well with mixer or spatula.
2. Refrigerate.
3. Use on crackers or as a vegetable dip.
