A basic recipe for paleo-style salsa. Add a habanero pepper for an extra kick!
Ingredients:
6 roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 habanero pepper, chopped (optional)
1 clove garlic, chopped
ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine tomatoes, onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, habanero pepper, garlic, and ground black pepper in a food processor. Pulse several times until desired texture is reached.
