Paella Style Fried Rice

A Paella style fried rice.l This is not Paella, but a great snack or side dish.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 small chorizo sausages, cut into slices
1 onion , sliced
1 garlic clove , chopped
1 tbsp turmeric
600g cooked plain rice
200g frozen cooked prawns
100g frozen peas
lemon wedges, to serve
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Tip in the chorizo, onion and garlic, then cook for a couple of mins until softened.
3. Stir in the turmeric
4. Then add rice, prawns and peas and 150ml boiling water.
5. Keep stirring until everything is warmed through and the water has been absorbed.
6. Serve with lemon wedges.
