Ingredients:
4 ounces shrimp
256 grams pad thai
12 ounces bean sprouts
4 ounces tofu
1 egg
1 tablespoon canola oil
Directions:
1. Soak noodles in hot water. Meanwhile saute shrimp. Scramble the egg. Add oil to wok, then add noodles followed by seasoning pack. Cook, adding veggies, shrimp, egg and tofu as mixture dries.
