T Ingredients:
1 pound pork, cured, bacon, cut into small dice. |
2 cups of beans, snap, green , cut into 1 pieces |
1/2 cup green bell peppers, sliced |
1/2 cup red bell peppers, sliced |
42 grams red curry paste |
3 tablespoons fish sauce |
1 tablespoon peppers, hot chili, red, in oil |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon peppers, hot chili, red, thinly sliced |
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. Heat a wok 2. add the belly pork 3. stir fry until it turns brown, and the fat crispens and reduces. 4. If it becomes too dry add a very small amount of peanut oil. 5. Add the curry paste, and stir fry to combine 6. add the fish sauce, chili oil, garlic, sugar, chilis and pepper, and stir fry for about two minutes stirring continuously to combine the flavors and mix well 7. Add the bell peppers and stir fry until they just begin to soften 8. add the long beans and stir fry until heated through (about 30 seconds). |
