Pacific Flank Steak

Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 green onion, chopped
2 lbs flank steaks
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine oil, soy sauce, honey, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and green onion. Mix well. Place steak in a large plastic bag, pour marinade over and secure bag tightly. Allow meat to marinate in refrigerator for at least 5 hours, turning several times. Grill about 2 above white hot coals or under a broiler for 4-5 minutes on each side. To serve, slice thin strips diagonally across the grain of the meat.
