Here’s another one that you have to read between the lines :) The servings depend on what size glass you put it in. To make it taste better, please make sure all your fruit is cold. If you can't get fresh fruit, use what is handy (frozen, canned).
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup sliced mango
3/4 cup sliced strawberry, washed and hulled
1/4 cup honey (to taste)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4-1/3 cup 2% low-fat milk
Directions:
1. Add yogurt, milk, and honey.
2. Add pineapple and blend.
3. Add mango and strawberries; blend until smooth.
