1/4 teaspoon of salt (careful here oysters are salty enough) |
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or chipotle powder, may use less |
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice |
1 1/4 cups of bread crumbs |
1/2 cup of good quality butter |
3/4 cup of whole milk, please don't use skim |
several generous shakes of tabasco or hot sauce of choice |
