These tiny oysters can be served hot on a cracker at a party .Oysters contain Omega 3 oils and are high in iron. Not only are they tasty but good for you.
Ingredients:
1 (3 3/4 ounce) can smoked oysters
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce (season to taste)
12 triscuit crackers
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients. Use iron skillet if possible. Reduce heat to 200.
3. Cook for 30 minutes. Stir often. Do not allow to burn.
4. Serve hot.
