I got this recipe at my Weight Watchers meeting. It's a great way to fill up with almost no calories! Add more Splenda if you like a sweeter slaw.
Ingredients:
6 cups shredded cabbage
3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup apple juice
1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk until mixed well. Pour over cabbage mix.
3. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
