Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 (1/4 oz) package yeast
  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 -7 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 -2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients at 6 PM, and let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Mix next 5 ingredients together while the first mixture is resting.
  3. Combine the two mixtures and mix well.
  4. Let stand until 10 PM.
  5. Divide dough in half and let rest 10 minutes.
  6. Roll out each piece and add filling (I use white sugar, brown sugar and butter and cinnamon).
  7. Cut; place in 8 1/2 x 13 pan.
  8. Cover and let rise overnite. (in refrigerator).
  9. Bake in the morning at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
