Ingredients:
4 cups vanilla almond milk
1 cup steel-cut oats
1 cup dried cherries
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or until milk is absorbed. Yield: 6 servings.
