Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and place into mason jar. Close lid and refrigerate overnight
