I got this recipe from a market that sold the wild rice. Never tried it, but it seems very easy!! Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked wild rice |
3 cups boiling water |
1 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 beef bouillon cube |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. 2. In a glass baking dish, mix rice, water and bouillon cube. 3. Cover. 4. Put dish in oven and immediately turn off the oven. 5. In the morning, you will wake to perfect wild rice, every time. Not really sure how much it makes. 6. I'm estimating! |
