Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Rinse and pat dry chicken.
3. Whisk olive oil and spices together in a small bowl. Add to chicken and coat. Let marinade 30 minutes.
4. Cook chicken 6-8 inches from broiler about 5-7 minutes.
5. Turn and cook an additional 5-7 minutes.
