Ingredients:
6 summer squash or 6 zucchini, sliced
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Dip the squash slices in water. Dredge in bread crumbs.
3. Place breaded squash slices on an oiled baking sheet and bake for 10-20 minutes, until done.
