Oven Fried Potato Wedges

A low fat alternative to fries.
Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin wedges.
3. Place in a large bowl. Add oil, salt and pepper. Stir to coat.
4. Place on a cookie sheet that has sides and place in preheated oven.
5. Bake for 25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
6. Serve immediately.
