Ingredients:
1 onion
1 tbsp corn oil
2 tbsp cornmeal
2 tbsp bread crumbs dry
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 tsp paprika
Directions:
1. 1. Peel onion; slice into 1/4-inch rings.
2. 2. Sprinkle with oil and toss to coat.
3. 3. Mix dry ingredients, sprinkle over onion rings, and toss to coat evenly.
4. 4. Place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
