Low-fat version of the French Fry. The kids love them!!
Ingredients:
3 large potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450^F. In bowl, toss potatoes with oil, salt, paprika, & pepper. Place potatoes on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bkae 40 minutes until golden brown, turning once.
