1. Dredge chicken in a mixture of the 1st 4 ingredients. 2. Pour melted butter in 9x13 pan. 3. Add chicken pieces to pan turning to coat with butter. 4. Bake skin side down for 30 min. 5. While chicken cooks: 6. Make sauce by melting butter in saucepan & beating in honey & lemon juice. 7. Turn chicken pieces and pour honey-butter sauce over & bake 30 min. more or until tender. 8. Spoon pan juices over chicken & serve.
