Low Cal Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
1 cup corn flakes
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
6 oz chicken breast (without skin)
1 cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix skim milk and egg
3. Mix together all dry ingredients
4. Dip chicken in milk egg mixture
5. Roll Chicken in dry mixture
6. Bake in oven for 1 hour or until golden brown
