Oven-Fried Chicken

This recipe is ridiculously easy. Tastes great, too. Make this during busy weeknights. Adapted from Robert Ackart's Cooking in a Casserole (1967).
Ingredients:
6 chicken pieces (skin on)
cooking oil
1 cup corn flake crumbs
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. 1. Season crumbs with salt and pepper.
2. 2. Lightly oil chicken and roll in crumbs to coat thoroughly.
3. 3. Arrange chicken on lightly oiled cooking sheet.
4. 4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until chicken is tender (or 90 minutes if you use larger pieces like breasts).
