This recipe is easy and good
Ingredients:
1 lb fish fillet
1/2 cup milk
3 teaspoons salt
1 cup corn flake crumbs
4 teaspoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Cut fish into serving pieces allowing about 1/4 lb for each serving.
2. Combine milk and salt.
3. Dip fish in milk, then in corn flake crumbs.
4. Arrange on well-oiled baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle fish with melted butter.
6. Bake at 500 F for 15 min or until tender.
