Oven Beef Stew

This is an easy stew to make if you have a lot of people comming over.
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat
4 -5 medium potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, 1 inch pieces
1 cup celery, 1 inch pieces
1 (32 ounce) can tomatoes with juice
1 package frozen peas
1 slice bread, cubed
4 medium onions, cut in chunks
4 tablespoons tapioca
4 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/3 cup wine (or water)
Directions:
1. Layer all ingredients in a large pot and cover.
2. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 to 6 hours.
