Oven Baked Italian Meatballs Ingredients:
2 lb. beef, ground, 90% lean |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup eggbeaters |
1 cup onion, chopped |
3 cloves garlic, chopped |
2 tsp. basil |
2 tsp. oregano |
1 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. pepper |
1 tbs. olive oil |
Directions:
1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft. Combine all ingredients, shape into 12 balls. Line 13X9 baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. Serve with your favorite sauce over pasta. 2. Note: Adjust spices/salt pepper to taste. |
