Oven-Baked French Fish Fillets

Ingredients:
1 lb fish fillet
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Place fish in a large, oven proof dish, cover loosely with foil and bake for 5 minute (10 minute if frozen).
3. Drain off liquid.
4. Combine sour cream, mustard and tarragon and spread over fish.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan,.
6. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minute or until golden.
