Oven-Baked Chicken

Mom's recipe, this one calls for only legs, with a serving size being one leg. Includes the butter and shortening mix that it bakes in.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp celery salt
56 ounce chicken legs
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp shortening
Directions:
1. Drop margarine and shortening onto ungreased 1-inch deep baking sheet.
2. Preheat oven to 425F and put in butter and shortening combination while oven preheats.
3. Cover all 14 chicken legs in chicken flour mixture.
4. When butter/margarine mixture is melted evenly, put all 14 legs on baking sheet, face-down, and put back in oven when fully preheated for 22 minutes.
5. Flip chicken onto unbaked side, and cook for another 22 minutes.
6. Chicken is done baking when poked and only clear liquid comes out. If there is any red/pink liquid, cook it for an addition few minutes.
7. Eat and enjoy!
