  • 1 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 Melt butter in 13 x9 baking dish.
  • 3 Stir together Bisquick mix, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • 4 Coat chicken with mixture.
  • 5 Place chicken skin side down into dish.
  • 6 Bake 35 min; turn chicken.
  • 7 Bake about 15 min longer until juice is no longer pink, when chicken is cut in the thickest part.
