Oven Baked Bone In Pork Chops

This may be the easiest way to make the juiciest pork chops you have ever eaten!
Ingredients:
4-8 bone in pork chops 1/4 - 3/4 inch thick
donnie’s cajun seasoning mix (or equivalent) (recipe on my recipe page)
Directions:
1. Let chops come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
2. Rinse off chops with cold water.
3. Pat dry with paper towels and place chops on a baking sheet or pan.
4. Sprinkle seasoning mix on chops.
5. Turn chops over and sprinkle seasoning mix on what was the bottom side of chops.
6. If chops are 1/2 inch or thinner, preheat oven to 300 deg.
7. If chops are 1/2 inch or thicker, preheat oven to 325 deg.
8. Cook chops for 15 minutes then turn them.
9. Cook chops for another 15 minutes.
10. If the internal temperature is between 150-160 deg., remove chops from the oven.
11. Cover pan with foil and let the chops stand for 5-10 minutes.
12. Enjoy
