1 dash salt
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla, to taste
Directions:
1. Heat butter or margarine in frying pan until hot or sizzling.
2. Mix eggs, spices, vanilla and milk together.
3. Blend well.
4. Dip bread into milk mixture.
5. Fry until golden brown on one side, turn, do the same with the other side.
