Ingredients:
3/4 cup uncooked orzo
1 tablespoon butter
2 1/2 cups frozen peas
1/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons minced tarragon leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; cook 1 minute or until lightly browned. Add peas; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Stir in orzo, chicken broth, tarragon, lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
