Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook orzo according to directions. Drain, rinse with cold water. Combine orzo & next 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Coarsely chop artichokes & add them & reserved marinade to orzo mixture, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with feta
  2. Cheese & toss again. Drizzle with olive oil if it is too dry.
