This is really easy and tasty, can modify to make all sorts of varieties
Ingredients:
1 cup orzo
fresh parsley
pre-cooked shrimp (about 1/2 lb.)
2 tomatoes
i cucumber
1 red onion
4 oz. feta
salt and pepper to taste
your favorite salad dressing
Directions:
1. Cook and drain orzo
2. Grill shrimp until warmed up
3. Mix everything together
4. Excellent warm, cold or room temperture
