Ingredients:
cake
1 box duncan hines butter cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
streusel
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
glaze
3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Mix STREUSEL in a small bowl, set aside
2. In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, sugar, oil, and sour cream
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time
4. Add vanilla
5. Pour half of mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan
6. Sprinkle the batter with the streusel mixture
7. Add the remaining half of the batter
8. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
9. Cool for about 10 minutes
10. Turn out onto cake plate or container
11. GLAZE
12. In bowl, combine the glaze ingredients, whisk
13. Ice cake while it is warm
14. May have to scoop glaze off of plate and spoon onto cake until it begins to congeal or thicken
15. Delicious with a cuppa hot coffee! :)
