Amazing pound cake, easy to make and tastes great.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
5 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl until smooth about 5 or 6 minutes. Add eggs , one at a time while you mix.
2. Pour into well buttered Bundt pan, or you can use a bread loaf pan.
3. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes, or until cake tests done.
