Ingredients:
12 c bean sprouts, fresh
2 c red cabbage, shredded
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c toastd sesame seeds
1 pkg crunched up oriental noodles..save the seasoning package for the dressing
1 pkg chow mein noodles
dressing
3/4 c oil...i use olive
1/2 c soy sauce
seasoning packet from the noodles
Directions:
1. Mix all salad ingredients. Mix salad dressing and pour over just before serving.
