Oriental Ramen Salad

Ingredients:
3 packages ramen noodles, prepared according to directions and drained
1 cabbage, shredded
8 scallions, chopped
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 dash pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
