1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
2. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Mix water, cornstarch, and soy sauce.
4. Stir into meat mixture until smooth and thickened.
