Have not tried this recipe yet; but, want to post it here for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 teaspoon gingerroot, minced
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk everything but salt & pepper together.
2. Add salt & pepper to taste.
3. Drizzle on salad.
