Oriental Chicken Salad

I've been making this salad for years. It's one of my favorites.
Ingredients:
1 head napa cabbage, shredded
6 green onions, sliced
2 (3 ounce) packages top ramen oriental-flavor noodles
1/2 cup slivered almonds, lightly toasted
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
6 chicken breast halves, cooked, cut into bite size pieces
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons sugar
Directions:
1. Prepare dressing and set aside.
2. Combine cabbage, green onions, ramen noodles, almonds, cilantro and chicken. Stir well.
3. Add dressing and stir to coat.
