Oreo Cookie and Cream Cheese Frosting |

Awe, go ahead. Put it on eveyrthing. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature (1 stick) |
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
3 -4 cups confectioners' sugar (measure then shake thru a sieve to break lumps) |
12 oreo cookies, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat softened butter and cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy, about 3 - 5 minutes.
2. Slowly add sugar, 1 cup at a time. Add vanilla; mix until smooth. Gently stir Oreos into the frosting, careful to not over stir.
