I love these carrots. This is a great side dish recipe.
Ingredients:
1 lb sliced carrot
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons dried oregano
Directions:
1. Wash and peel carrots.
2. Slice carrots 1/4 inch thick.
3. Make one layer of carrots, butter and oregano.
4. Repeat.
5. Add two Tablespoons of water.
6. Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.
7. Stir before serving.
