Orchard Pork Chops

Looking for a quick tasty dinner and an abundance of frozen apple slices from our orchard, I created this dish.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 pork chops
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 apples, peeled and chopped
4 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a large skillet heat the olive oil and brown the pork chops on both sides.
2. Add the onions and apples to the skillet and cook on med until soft.
3. Add the maple syrup and cider vinegar and simmer for 10 mins or until chops are tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cream, heat through and serve.
