Ingredients:
200 ml valencia orange juice
50 g low-fat passionfruit yogurt
Directions:
1. Blend both ingredients until smooth and frothy, and drink immediately.
2. Notes & tips.
3. Tip: Try using tasty low-fat peach and mango yoghurt. Change the yoghurt to cherry and add a scoop of berry ice cream.
4. Other combos to try: Mixed berries such as strawberries and raspberries.
