Yummy. These are very good muffins full of wonderful wheat and orange tastes. Healthy for you but great in flavor at the same time.
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt then set aside.
2. In a small bowl combine beaten egg, vegetable oil and orange juice.
3. Add orange juice ingredients to flour mixture stirring until just moistened.
4. Add raisins and fill 12 muffin cups to top.
5. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
