Sweet and tangy vinaigrette. Can be used as a marinade for chicken too! Ingredients:
1 cup red wine vinegar |
3/4 teaspoon black pepper |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons chopped garlic |
1 tablespoon dried tarragon |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 lemon, juice of |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 cup orange juice |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Serve over salad. 3. Store in the refrigerator. |
