This is an easy, cheap, and very tasty main dish recipe I found in an old Quick cooking magazine.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 pork chops
11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
2. Top with oranges, cloves, and pepper.
3. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until meat juices run clear.
