Mixing the sauce ingredients in the baking dish makes cleanup a cinch for this already simple recipe.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
2 teaspoons bottled ground fresh ginger (such as spice world)
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
Directions:

2. Combine first 6 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish, stirring with a whisk. Add fish to baking dish; spoon sauce over fish.
3. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with the sauce.
