Slow cooked chicken cubes in a delicious orange, teriyaki sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half
1 (16 ounce) package loose-pack frozen broccoli
2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange rind
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
2. Place vegetables in crockpot.
3. Sprinkle tapioca over vegetables then add chicken.
4. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
