  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until garlic is tender. Add beans; cook, stirring until garlic is tender. Add beans; cook, stirring 5-6 minutes, until beans are just tender.
  2. Add orange juice; cook about 5 more minutes, until juice comes to a boil and beans are cooked through. Stir in zest and orange segments.
